Mom Sudry Copons (mom surgery coupons). The kids came back yesterday, a couple hours after I got the packing removed, which was as gross as it sounds. Real talk: the packing was absolute misery. I knew the biggest hurdle in this surgery would not be pain, but managing my anxiety with my sinuses packed. And I did it. I had a couple panicked hours and I did a whole lot of meditative breathing. I was unable to tolerate any pain meds (opiates do not get along with my stomach) so I got through it . . .

A sexy thing happened to me this week. I got a mouth guard to wear at night to keep from grinding my teeth. It now sits on my dresser next to my cracked heel cream, my insomnia tinctures, my asthma inhaler, my white noise machine, and a stack of books about the gender inequality of mental load that is leading to stress and overwhelm for women.
