Yogurt and kale popsicles
Getting my kids to eat their veggies is always a challenge, and recently I tried a new treat that did the trick. In fact, it worked so well that I"m still pinching myself a little bit, because all four of my kids just downed a hefty serving of kale. Willingly. Oh happy day! I know, I know.
