Their new hobby is riding around town with a skate rail on their bike and making a DIY skate ramp everywhere they find stairs. At least they’re outside? 🤷♀️

I have been diagnosed with PTSD three times in my life. Once after a string of pregnancy losses, and then again after seeing Mark be hit by a car, then later after surviving the earthquake in Haiti. @roo_pow is dealing with her own PTSD as a result of her work with child sexual predators. In this weeks @selfiepodcast episode, we are talking about what PTSD looks like, and how we cope. Also, @bjhickman noticed that the #1 mental health topic in our community is anxiety, so she gives a primer on it. Who will I see at Mom 2.0 this year? I haven’t missed this conference in over a decade because it is my absolute favorite, and I’m excited to be speaking with my pal @JenHatmaker on a topic that is close to both our hearts (and prevalent in both our books) . . . pushing past fear and perfectionism and living authentically. #mom2summit @mom2summit
