Loved seeing these two boys walk in the Black History Parade with @100blackmenoc this weekend. They skipped the parade last year due to COVID so it was so nice to be back.
Trying to choose a favorite musical is like trying to choose a favorite child, but Next to Normal is definitely in my top 3. I’ve wanted India to see it but it rarely tours so I was thrilled to find out @chancetheater was doing it. It was so good and just a little emotional (like, we might have gone outside during intermission and bawled). A great opening night – if you are local go see it!.
Still life of a Gen-Z hand, 2022.

When you cut your finger and the doctor splints your middle finger into a permanent flip-off. Living the dream!
My office this weekend. Last year I took a new gig with @onsiteworkshops, leading therapeutic intensives. I would with couples or individuals over the course of 4 days to unpack trauma, improve relationships, and live more authentically. I would describe it as a year’s worth of therapy packed into a long weekend, and I love this model. It’s so great to dive in and stay in the work as opposed to ending 50 minutes in and picking up a week later. (Not to knock traditional therapy. I still do that, too, and it can be effective!) Onsite has been on my radar for years, with so many of my friends having life-changing experiences there, so when they opened a campus in SoCal I was thrilled to get involved. Shoot me a message if you want to hear more about therapeutic intensives or Onsite in general.
