It’s the ASUS MeMo Pad 8 – a lightweight tablet that runs on the Android platform. I’ve got this very tablet and I’m really enjoying it. I’ve never had a tablet before, though all of my kids have late-model ipads. I was curious to see how this tablet would work for me. I’m a longtime fan of the Asus brand (I’m typing this on my Asus computer) but I have never had an Android device. I am really liking it. All of the apps I use most are available on this platform, and I really love that I can communicate with my laptop via the ASUS “HomeCloud.”
